Payment Plan & Refunds

– 60 days Payment plan
– A minimum of 30% deposit is required and the out standing 70% amount to be paid in full over the next 60 days.
– Full payment must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.
– No cancellation after a 30 day period of your plan.
– A refund can be made after the first payment with 15% charge on cancellation.
– Processing to begin once the final payment is complete and hair to be collected within 5-10 working days or depending if the stock is available on back-order .

No exchange after a unit has been received unless there’s fault from us, alternatively you can exchange a unit before it’s custom made.
